The last weekend was the time when the final of the action entitled "Szlachena Paczka" took place. According to the organisers, almost 19 000 families received gifts in the 16th edition of the action. Among the selected beneficiaries there was also a 5-person family. Our employees decided to help them.
The purchased food, cleaning products, sweets, bedding, footwear or household appliances allowed us to prepare 14 packages which were quickly delivered to the selected beneficiaries.
"The care for the others is a part of our organisational culture, so our participation in "Szlachetna Paczka" action is quite natural for us", says Barbara Mroczka, HR and Communication Director at Apius Technologies SA. "We have chosen this project because it guarantees an individual approach and reaching the people who really need help", adds B. Mroczka This year, nearly 19 000 families in almost 700 different places received support. The organisers calculated that the total value of all packages delivered to the beneficiaries exceeded PLN 47 million and the average value of one package amounted to PLN 2 500.
