Thanks to the implementation of the Cisco Unified Provisioning Manager tool by APIUS TECHNOLOGIES Sp. z o.o., the voice communication solutions (VoIP) used by the Capital City of Warsaw have been enriched with new functionalities. On the basis of the Contract entered into on 13 February 2012, Apius delivered and implemented the above product in the IP Cisco Unified Communications Manager telephony system. After completion of the works related to the implementation, the maintenance and technical support for a period of 2 years were guaranteed for the solution.
"The Capital City of Warsaw has very large and advanced IP telephony installations", says Tomasz Kawa, who coordinated work on the project. In a system of this magnitude, management and day-to-day administration start to consume a lot of time", he adds. "By implementing Cisco Unified Provisioning Manager, we can simplify and automate many phone system management functions".
