Apius successfully completed its certification process for the CCSP level and joined the narrow group of authorised CheckPoint's service partners.
Due to our service support contracts and contracts related to maintenance of business-critical systems of our Clients, which are often based on CheckPoint's technology, service authorisation of this producer seemed to be a natural step for us. Our clients, that entrust us with the maintenance of their systems without which their businesses could be exposed to losses or even could not function, require a quick and efficient response as well as meeting the time limits specified in the SLA. Due to CCSP authorisation, we are able to react even more quickly to emerging problems and use, for example, direct access to the CheckPoint's service resources.
"Our motto is to build long-term business relationships based on mutual trust. Maintenance service contracts often entered into for a period of several years are characterised by a long-term rate of return in relation to the costs of investments related to the provision of adequate maintenance infrastructure. Therefore, the services provided by us must be of the highest quality in order to encourage the Clients to regularly extend their validity and expand them. In order to achieve this goal, we need to constantly improve the skills of our engineers and develop our maintenance base. I am convinced that obtaining Checkpoint's maintenance service certification will enable us to attract other significant Clients for whom the quality of service and high level of competencies of the engineering staff are of key importance", said Jacek Puchacz, Director of the Sales Department.
